Refund and Return Policy
RETURNS POLICY (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
You have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, and then another 14 days to return it to us for a refund — no reason required. We will refund the full item price (and standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the return.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, please send it back unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs unless we provide a prepaid label.
Exceptions:
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty items:
If your item is faulty or not as described, you have additional rights — please contact us and we'll arrange a refund, repair, or replacement. If you need to exchange it, please send us an email first at info@althackney.com.

We do not accept returns unless your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you receive a faulty item. We'll arrange a refund, repair, or replacement after inspection.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to our UK address unless the fault is confirmed as our error.
Exceptions: Sale items and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
